Daniel Stegman

Daniel Stegman, M.D.

General Ophthalmology and Glaucoma Specialist

With more than two decades of experience in the field, Dr. Daniel Stegman provides comprehensive ophthalmologic care and specializes in the treatment of glaucoma. He is widely recognized and esteemed for delivering high-quality healthcare. Dr. Daniel practices in Clifton and Englewood, New Jersey. He received his training at both Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA, and the Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City. At Mount Sinai, he completed a clinical and research fellowship in glaucoma and continues to serve as a Clinical Instructor of Ophthalmology.

Dr. Stegman's research contributions in the field of glaucoma have been presented at the prestigious Association for Research and Vision in Ophthalmology. He is fluent in both Spanish and English and holds the honorary position of NYPD Honorary Police Surgeon.
Kevin Ende MD

Kevin Ende, M.D.

Hair Restoration 

Dr. Kevin Ende is double board certified and has performed over 15,000 Ear Nose and Throat, Facial Plastic and Reconstructive, and Hair Restoration surgeries over the last 21 years in New York City and Philadelphia. In 2019, Dr. Ende was recruited to head the ENT division of NJ Eye and Ear in Englewood, NJ with the area’s highly regarded practice founder and Ophthalmologist Dr. Daniel Stegman.  
In the past, Dr. Ende has served as a faculty member for the Department of Otolaryngology at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), where he taught advanced techniques to surgeons in training. For 10 years, Dr. Ende trained the ENT Residents from the highly respected Albert Einstein/Montefiore training program in Bronx, NY.  Dr. Ende is established as a leading hair restoration specialist in the New York and New Jersey area. Dr. Ende is one of very few double board certified physicians in both Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Otolaryngology in the Northeastern United States with specific training and experience in hair restoration surgery. He is also a fellow of the American Academies of Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
In 2017, Dr. Kevin Ende starred in the hit reality show “We Are The Joneses” with his former partner Dr. Michael Jones, which aired at 10pm every Saturday for the entire season on BET For Women, and then on FOX. Several of the episodes display Dr. Ende’s amazing work from the initial consultation, through the actual surgery, and the amazing results afterwards. As a specialist in Otolaryngology, Facial Plastic Surgery and Hair Restoration, Dr. Ende showed his surgical skills on two sisters both wanting to look their best. Dr. Ende also uses his unique skills in performing his part in a patient’s quest for facial beauty while Dr. Jones helps her in other areas.
Dr. Ende grew up in NJ and has had an extensive education. A graduate of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (Robert Wood Johnson Medical School now Rutgers Medical School), Dr. Ende continued his training with a General Surgery internship at Temple University followed by an Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery residency at Temple University Hospital, Temple University Children’s Hospital, Hahnemann University Hospital, Fox Chase Cancer Center, and Abington Memorial Hospital. He completed his specialty training with a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Hair Restoration in San Francisco as part of UCSF. Dr. Ende now performs a full range of General Otolaryngology, Pediatric Otolaryngology, Voice, Sinus Surgery, facial cosmetic surgery for the aging face, hair transplant and high hairline surgery, and performs minimally invasive treatments such as wrinkle fillers and Botox®. Dr. Ende was named to America’s Top Physicians & Surgeons over 14 times!

Dr. Nancy Roberts is board certified in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgeon by the American Academy of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgeons and has over 25 years of experience in specialty care. After Dr. Roberts completed her undergraduate degree at Michigan State University, she completed her Osteopathic Medical degree at Midwestern University Illinois and her Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery residency at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. Dr. Roberts opened her private practice in South Dakota where patients flocked for her holistic approach and bedside manner. She continued her practice in Chicago, Illinois where she has cared for patients for the past 20 years. 
Dr. Roberts’ areas of expertise include innovative sinus care, allergy therapy, nasal congestion, comprehensive ear care, voice disorders as well as treatment for sleep apnea and snoring. Dr. Roberts can offer treatment that ranges from medical therapy such as allergy treatment to surgical intervention for ear nose and throat disorders. “We use fiberoptic scopes, microscopes, CT image guidance, radio frequency treatments and balloons - it’s wonderful to be able to help people with these new amazing technologies!”


Jennifer Ariola

Laurence Milgrim, M.D.

Advanced Rhinoplasty

Dr. Laurence Milgrim has been in private practice for over 30 years. He is a double board-certified surgeon, board certified by both the American Board of Head and Neck Surgery-Otolaryngology and the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. This unique status is puts him in an elite group of surgeons who are in an exclusive class of their own and are experts in both cosmetic and reconstructive facial surgery. Having known Dr. Stegman for years, he was specifically asked to join the elite group of doctors and surgeons at NJ Eye and Ear by Dr. Kevin Ende and Dr. Stegman. In his long career he served as Assistant Professor both at University Texas Medical Center in San Antonio, Assistant Professor at Yale New Haven Medical Center when practicing in Connecticut as well as Assistant Professor at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York teaching residents and fellows. He has been honored as an Academy committee member for Patient Advocacy and has donated his time to Face to Face, an international organization that provides complimentary surgery to those who have suffered facial trauma or facial disfigurements. His Teaching at Albert Einstein as well as Mount Sinai has garnered him awards including the Albert Einstein Leo Davidoff award for excellence in teaching of medical students and residents. 
He is hailed as a leader in Rhinoplasty surgery having recently been featured in NJ Monthly as a Select Plastic Surgeon for this procedure. In 2016 he was seen on BRAVO TV on the “Housewives of New Jersey” consulting with Delores Catania for her daughter’s nose as well as with Delores directly. He has been seen on ABC, NBC and FOX channels as well as Allure Magazine, Lifestyles of the Hamptons Magazine as well as Bergen Magazine and 201 Magazine, listed as a top facial plastic surgeon and ENT for the past 15 years.
Over the past 20 years Dr. Milgrim has gained international fame for his approach to rhinoplasty, especially revision rhinoplasty. He trained with renowned New York rhinoplasty expert Sidney Feuerstein, who is also his godfather, and with the pioneer of modern rhinoplasty, Irving Goldman, in New York City. After graduating from Johns Hopkins University, Dr. Milgrim attended medical school at UMDNJ-Rutgers University. He completed his Internship and Residency training in Head and Neck Surgery at the highly acclaimed Albert Einstein/Montefiore Medical Center in New York and then a Fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Mount Sinai Medical Center. He was then honored by Frank Kamer, MD with an Externship in Facial Plastic Surgery at the famed Laskey Clinic in Beverly Hills, California.

Lindsay Princer, PA-C is a board certified Physician Assistant in the states of New Jersey and New York. She obtained her Bachelor of Science at The University of Michigan - Ann Arbor where she studied Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience. She completed her PA training at Pace University. Alyssa Halevy, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant in New Jersey and New York. She graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science from The University of Massachusetts Amherst. After her undergraduate studies, she attended Weill Cornell in NYC where she earned her Master’s Degree in Health Sciences for Physician Assistants. During her time there she trained at some of New York City’s top hospitals including Cornell, Columbia, and Memorial Sloan Kettering. She went on to establish her career at NYU Langone as a Physician Assistant where she cared for a wide scope of acute care patients. Dr. Kayla Murphy is a licensed audiologist in the state of New Jersey. She obtained her Bachelor of Science and Technology Degree in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology from Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania. She later obtained her Doctorate of Audiology from Bloomsburg, graduating in May 2021. Dr. Murphy completed her residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center and Liberty Hearing Centers in Brooklyn, NY. She has experience performing comprehensive audiologic and vestibular testing as well as hearing aid evaluations and fittings. She has worked with patients of all ages, birth to geriatrics including individuals with disabilities. Dr. Murphy is passionate about providing patient-centered, evidence based treatment for her patients and empowering them on their journey to better hearing.

Dr. Kristen Handal is a licensed audiologist in the state of New Jersey. She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA). She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from Ithaca College in New York. She later obtained her doctorate degree from Montclair State University in New Jersey. Dr. Handal completed her residency at Columbia University Irving Medical Center in Manhattan, NY. She has experience working with patients across the lifespan, including those with disabilities.
Dr. Handal specializes with the following: comprehensive audiological evaluations for adult and pediatric patients, hearing aid fittings for various manufacturers, and custom hearing protection. She is committed to improving her patient's quality of life through better hearing. In her spare time, Dr. Handal enjoys traveling, exercising, and spending time with family, friends, and her dog Indie.

Dr. Jonathan Agosto is an audiologist and veteran who served in the United States Marine Corps. He served for four years in the Marine Corps providing Presidential support. Following his military service, he earned his doctorate degree from Montclair University. As an audiologist he has extensive experience across all age groups from pediatric through geriatric populations. He enjoys helping people improve their quality of life by providing hearing healthcare solutions. He takes pride in providing the best research-based practices. Providing patient care through audiometric testing, prescribing hearing aids, and follow up care to ensure the best possible experience.
Veronica Ramsarat

Lawrence Geyman, M.D.

 General Ophthalmology and Glaucoma Specialist

Dr. Lawrence Geyman is a fellowship-trained glaucoma specialist specializing in cataract surgery and glaucoma management and surgery. Dr. Geyman attended Columbia University and graduated with Departmental Honors in Biology and a minor in Music. He subsequently attended the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where he graduated with Distinction in Research and as an inductee into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. During his medical education, he pursued a year of research at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary, focusing on metabolic and vascular imaging in glaucoma.
After interning at Mount Sinai Beth Israel Hospital, Dr. Geyman completed his residency in ophthalmology at the Illinois Eye and Ear Infirmary in Chicago, where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Geyman completed his training as a Glaucoma Fellow at the Wilmer Eye Institute of Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, where he was exposed to the most advanced methods in glaucoma management by internationally renowned specialists. Over the course of his education and training, Dr. Geyman has led projects to improve patient education, and his research has been published in leading journals such as Ophthalmology Glaucoma and JAMA Ophthalmology, among others. He has given podium presentations at the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology conference and has been featured on the educational glaucoma podcast Diagnosis Glaucoma.
Dr. Geyman prioritizes patient education and satisfaction and strives to build a warm patient-physician relationship. He strongly believes in empowering patients to make healthcare decisions that align with their goals. Dr. Geyman looks forward to serving his patients to improve their vision and quality of life. Dr. Geyman is fluent in English, Spanish, and Russian. In his spare time, he enjoys playing acoustic guitar, traveling, and spending time with his family.
Adria Burrows

Nahndi Bush, M.D.

Dr. Bush has devoted more than 18 years to the practice of comprehensive Ophthalmology and glaucoma in Northern New Jersey. A graduate of Princeton University, she earned her MD from Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Following an internship at Hackensack University Medical Center, Dr. Bush completed her Ophthalmology residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York then stayed on as Chief Resident, completing a glaucoma fellowship. She serves as a voluntary attendant at University Hospital in Newark, where she was recently honored with the 15-year Service Award. Dr. Bush is a diplomate of The American Academy of Ophthalmology, The American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery and The American Glaucoma Society.
Dr. Bush is passionately devoted to the education of her patients on the care of their eyes as part of a holistic approach. In addition to utilizing the most current surgical and laser treatments when needed, including advanced technology IOLs (intraocular lens implants) for cataract surgery and MIGS (Micro-Invasive Glaucoma Surgery), she believes the best care also involves attention to nutrition, and physical and emotional fitness, while building a trusting partnership between physician and patient. Dr. Bush also does public speaking on health and wellness. She is a wife and active mother of three and resides in Bergen County.

Dr. Khelly Savant graduated Summa Cum Laude from Drexel University and obtained her medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine. She completed her ophthalmology residency at the Institute of Ophthalmology and Visual Science at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. Her training at an inner-city Level I Trauma Center exposed her to complex pathology, challenging surgeries, and ocular trauma. Dr. Savant was elected as Chief Resident and received the Alfonse A. Cinotti, MD Award for Academic and Professional Excellence.
Following her residency, she pursued a glaucoma fellowship at the prestigious Wilmer Eye Institute at Johns Hopkins. Dr. Savant possesses expertise in a broad range of traditional and modern glaucoma surgical techniques, including various tube shunt drainage devices, trabeculectomy, minimally invasive stents, lasers, and cataract surgery. Her approach to patient care is guided by three core principles: never becoming complacent, treating patients like family, and staying updated with the latest technology and advancements. She is an active member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Glaucoma Society.
In her leisure time, Dr. Savant enjoys dancing, exploring new restaurants, and traveling with her husband.

Sierra Jin , M.D.

Dr. Jin is a Board Certified ophthalmologist devoted to comprehensive eye care and treating corneal diseases. Dr. Jin provides in-depth care for a wide range of ocular conditions, well check-ups, and cataract surgery including laser-assisted cataract surgery. She specializes in complex cataract surgery, anterior segment reconstruction, and treatment of corneal conditions. Dr. Jin performs full and partial thickness corneal transplantation (PKP, DSAEK, DMEK).
Dr. Jin earned her doctorate degree at the Medical College of Wisconsin and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha honor medical society. After her internship at University of Chicago-NorthShore, Dr. Jin served as Chief Resident at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center in New York during her residency in ophthalmology. During her residency she spear-headed projects for medical education and published articles in leading journals such as Current Opinions in Ophthalmology, Cornea, and American Journal of Ophthalmology. Dr. Jin completed her fellowship training in Cornea, External Diseases, & Refractive Surgery at the Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital in New York.
Dr. Jin is a compassionate physician and believes in providing the highest standard of care for her patients. Her goal is to tailor the treatment to the individual needs of each patient. Dr. Jin speaks fluent English and Mandarin Chinese.

David MacPherson

David MacPherson, M.D.

Dr. David MacPherson completed his undergraduate education at the University of Pennsylvania and then joined Teach For America where he taught high school science for 2 years. Afterwards, he went on to pursue his medical education at the George Washington University where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed his residency at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai followed by a Cornea and External Disease fellowship at the University of California/Doheny Eye center.
Dr. MacPherson is a comprehensive ophthalmologist with special interest in the treatment of dry eye, corneal disease, and anterior uveitis. He is eager to bring his skills to NJ Eye and Ear.

Enny Oyeniran, M.D.

Dr. Oyeniran practices comprehensive ophthalmology with a focus on uveitis and medical retina. Her areas of expertise include the medical treatment of conditions like diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, retinal vascular disorders, ocular inflammatory disorders, ocular manifestations of systemic disease, and viral infections of the eye.

Dr. Oyeniran graduated from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. She completed her residency training in ophthalmology at the Scheie Eye Institute at the University of Pennsylvania. She subsequently completed a clinical fellowship at the National Eye Institute at the National Institutes of Health in Ocular Immunology and Uveitis, with additional training in medical retina. Dr. Oyeniran has published in several peer-reviewed journals and presented at national conferences including the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology.

Dr. Oyeniran is dedicated to providing compassionate care that is driven by individual patient needs and values. She is also fluent in Yoruba and English.


Daniel Chechik

Daniel Chechik, M.D.

Retina Specialist

Dr. Chechik is a board certified ophthalmologist, specializing in retina care and treatment. He earned his doctorate in 1997 at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx. Dr. Chechik gave back to his community through teaching at SUNY Downstate Health Science Center and Lebanon Hospital where he was an assistant professor. Dr. Chechik completed his residency in 2001 and continued on to complete a fellowship in surgical and medical disorders of the retina and vitreous. He is also fluent in three languages: Russian, Spanish, and Italian and was born in Russia.
Avni Badami

James Kirszrot, M.D.

Oculoplastic Surgeon

James Kirszrot, M.D. is an oculoplastic surgeon consultant for NJ Eye and Ear. His areas of expertise involve medical and surgical treatment of conditions affecting the eyelids, the lacrimal (tear duct) system, and the orbit (eye socket). These include eyelid malpositions, ptosis (lid droop), tearing, ectropion/entropion, and growths and skin cancers around the eye.
Dr. Kirszrot also specializes in cosmetic eyelid surgery and has extensive experience performing blepharoplasty surgery (“eyelid lifts“), midface lifts, surgery to remove “lower lid bags”, as well as using Botox and fillers such as Restylane and Juvederm to treat facial wrinkles and restore a natural, more youthful appearance. 
Dr. Kirszrot completed his undergraduate training at Cornell University and received his M.D. degree at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. After completing his residency in ophthalmology at New York Presbyterian Hospital – Weill Cornell Medical Center, he moved to Boston to undergo a two-year highly specialized fellowship in oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgery at the prestigious Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary / Harvard Medical School. Subsequently, he remained at Harvard as a clinical instructor, teaching residents and medical students surgical techniques of oculofacial surgery. Recently, Dr. Kirszrot returned to his hometown of New York City.
Dr. Kirszrot has authored numerous journal publications and textbook chapters related to the field of oculofacial surgery. In addition, he has lectured on this topic at national meetings. He is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, and currently serves as the Director of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Metropolitan Hospital Center in New York City. He is also an associate adjunct surgeon at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai. During his free time, he enjoys skiing, SCUBA diving and spending time with his wife Emily and sons David and Benjamin.
Gautam Kamthan

 Gautam Kamthan, M.D.

Comprehensive Ophthalmologist

Dr. Kamthan is a board certified ophthalmologist, specializing in laser and refractive cataract surgery, with special interest in high-risk cataracts and reconstruction of the anterior segment of the eye.
As Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, Dr. Kamthan has trained residents across multiple locations including New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai in Manhattan, The Mount Sinai Hospital, the James J. Peters Veterans Affairs Medical Center in the Bronx, and Elmhurst Hospital Center in Queens. Because of his excellence in teaching he has recently been named the Associate Director of Cataract Surgical Training at New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai. In his new role he will be actively involved in educating and supervising residents, both in clinic and in the operating room as they learn the intricacies of cataract surgery and other ophthalmic procedures.
Dr. Kamthan also serves as the Assistant Director for Ophthalmic Innovation and Technology and is currently involved in preparing the micro interventional ophthalmic robot for pivotal U.S. Food and Drug Administration trials. He has received several awards and honors including NYEE’s Jorge N. Buxton MD Microsurgical Educator Award (2021) and inclusion in New York Magazine Best Doctors listing (2021, 2022).
Dr. Kamthan graduated from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (ISSM) with honors and completed his ophthalmology residency at The Mount Sinai Hospital.

Jimmy Y. Hu, MD is a cataract, corneal, and refractive surgeon. He is an experienced and highly regarded ophthalmologist, medical scientist, and teacher based in Englewood and Clifton, New Jersey. Dr. Hu offers state-of-the-art techniques and technology to help patients with various eye conditions achieve the best vision possible. Dr. Jennifer Ariola received her B.S. in Biological Sciences at Rutgers University Cook College in 2001. She later earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2005. She has interned in specialized practices such as the Cornea and Laser Eye Institute in Teaneck, NJ which is a unique national cornea and keratoconus subspecialty practice. She was also involved in the clinical research at that institution. She has also interned in practices specializing in pre and post op cataract surgery, diagnosis, and treatment of ocular diseases. Dr. Ariola has also participated in service trips to Ecuador with the Student Optometric Service to Humanity. She is proficient in medical Spanish.

"Dr. Merna Khilla received her B.S. in Medical and Molecular Biology at MCPHS University. She later earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry in Boston. She has interned in specialized practices such as the Omni Eye Referral Center, Dimmock Community Health center, and Veterans Affairs Hospital in Lowell, Mass. Dr. Khilla is passionate about community and patient education. She has been featured on the cover of Foresight Magazine, a guest lecturer for Easter seals, guest speaker at several low vision support groups, and more recently featured on a YouTube Series on "Ageless living - Keeping healthy Eyes. Dr. Khilla is fluent in Arabic and is proficient in medical Spanish."

Wae Shin, O.D.

Dr. Wae Shin is a board certified optometrist who has extensive experience in providing comprehensive eye examinations to identify and treat a wide range of vision issues in diverse groups of patients, from young children to older adults. She graduated from Rutgers University with B.A. in Biochemistry and earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the State University of New York Optometry College in Manhattan. She continued her training to earn her diplomate status with the American Board of Optometry and she is licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey since 1992.
Prior to joining NJ Eye and Ear, Dr. Shin worked at a prominent clinic in Paterson, NJ for 27 years, where she devoted herself to the Paterson community's need for high quality vision care. Dr. Shin is committed to help and educate others to see better and more comfortably, and for this to be a positive factor for her patients to fulfill their potential and improve their quality of life. To help to further this goal, Dr. Shin has gone on numerous service trips to Mexico, El Salvador and Guatemala with a team of other doctors to attend to the eye care needs of underserved communities. 
Dr. Shin is fluent in English and Korean, and is medically proficient in Spanish. Her favorite pastimes when not working are playing the piano at her church, swimming and taking nature walks with her family.

She has also worked with anterior segment and specialty practices like the Cornea and Laser Eye Institute in Teaneck, NJ. Dr. Lee completed her residency in Ocular Disease and Primary Care with a Low Vision concentration at the New Jersey VAMC. Dr. Lee is proficient in Korean.
